Yarn Bombing
Join the Museum and the CSU Department of Art in the yarn bombing of the trees in front of the Corn Center for the Visual Arts! Drop in at any time during the listed hours to help us create crocheted flowers for this collaborative street art installation. Donated and recycled sweaters, courtesy of Goodwill, will also be used to create textile patterns for the project. Staff will be onsite to provide instructions and assistance. No experience necessary!
This project is in conjunction with the Museum's touring exhibition, "A Ribbon Runs Through It: Textiles from The Columbus Museum", now on view at the Illges Gallery at the CSU Corn Center for the Visual Arts.
