Teen Advisory Group (TAG) Application Form

The Columbus Museum is looking for creative problem-solvers in grades 8-11 to serve as members of the Teen Advisory Group (TAG-Team), a group of students from across the Chattahoochee Valley region who create and plan events for teens.

Applicants must be able to commit to meet twice a month, on the second and fourth Thursday evening of each month.

Interested applicants should submit this form to the Museum by Sept. 30, 2021. A letter of recommendation from a teacher should also be sent to jsouth@columbusmuseum.com before the deadline.

Interviews will be held in October.
