The Columbus Museum prides itself on being accessible to all visitors. To that end, we strive to provide for all visitor’s needs.
The access point for those with mobility impairments is the east entrance of the Museum. Guests can drive under the Porte-cochére (the covered area on the east side of the building) use it as a drop-off and pick-up point.
There is an elevator for ease of access to upper and lower levels available for visitor use. The elevator is located behind the galleria cases on the first floor.
The Columbus Museum has two handicap accessible bathrooms on the first floor, accessed from the hallway of the Pound South Gallery
Additionally, there are two handicap accessible unisex bathrooms on the third floor located in the A. Henry Nordhausen Gallery.
